Yes! The top tray is made from BPA free, non-toxic food-safe materials.
No, the seatliner is made from easy-clean vegan leather so will wipe clean with a damp cloth.
They are included in the box, along with a toolkit that will allow you to easily swap over from high-chair to toddler seat.
As a high-chair, the NOA has been tested for children that are able to sit up unaided (unaround 6 months) up to 3 years or a maximum weight of 15kg.
You can use the toddler chair for as long as your child will still fit!
As soon as your child is able to sit up unaided and support their own head and neck, you can use the chair as a toddler seat. This is usually around 6 months, however we find most parents will use the NOA in high-chair mode until around 3 years.
