All of our Babybee products come with a standard 2-year warranty. Some products are eligible for an extended warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Products Purchased Directly From Babybee:
The warranty period begins from the date your Babybee product is dispatched from our warehouse and is valid only in Australia.
What the Standard 2-Year and Extended 3-Year Warranty Covers
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects when the product has been used under normal conditions, as outlined in the user manual and technical specifications. It excludes the free accessories provided in the box as well as any additional parts or accessories purchased separately. If a valid defect is identified within the warranty period, Babybee may, at its discretion, repair, replace parts or provide a comparable product rather than replacing the entire product.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
The lifetime warranty on specified product covers all manufacturing defects when the product has been used under normal conditions, as outlined in the user manual and technical specifications. It excludes the free accessories provided in the box as well as any additional parts or accessories purchased separately. “Lifetime” refers to the expected useful life of the product. If a valid defect is identified within the warranty period, Babybee may, at its discretion, repair, replace parts, or provide a comparable product rather than replacing the entire product.

- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, fading of fabrics, scuffs or tears, including those resulting from shipping or normal wear and tear that do not affect the functionality of the pram.
- Corrosion, rust or mould caused by lack of maintenance or extreme environmental conditions such as heat (e.g. leaving the pram in a car on a hot day), cold, humidity, salt spray, snow, or mould.
- Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised distributors or retailers.
