Return It
Repack the product in its original condition and packaging (along with any unopened accessories) & drop it at your nearest Post Office.

We’ll cover the return shipping cost and refund you the cost of your stroller.
Please note:
Products on runout can only be returned within 30 days from dispatch date.
For Pod returns to be accepted, the bassinet mattress must not be removed from the plastic protective packaging.
Returns Policy
Return request must be made via email (to au.support@babybeeonline.com) or web form within 9-months of the original order dispatch date.
Note: Returns are processed fortnightly. Refund will be for the original purchase price of the pram and any accompanying accessories. Original shipping payment will not be refunded.
*Please make sure your pram and any accessories are returned in original condition.
'Original condition' means no signs of use or damage and the product has been re-packed how it arrived (i.e.: with all protective packaging to ensure no damage during transport).
Understandably the box may incur some incidental damage during transport and when removing the tape, all we ask is that you take the best care you can when unpacking and re-boxing your pram.
Prams and accessories that are not deemed to be in original condition cannot be accepted for a full return.
If there is any damage to your pram when you have received it, please ensure you report this to us before sending it back.
Runout products:
Products on runout can only be returned within 30 days from dispatch date.
Accessories/Spare Parts
Accessories/Spare Parts purchased in the same transaction as a pram can be returned with the pram provided they are also in original condition*. This policy otherwise excludes accessories/spare parts purchased in a separate transaction.
Baby Essentials
Baby Essentials products can be returned if they are in original condition*. This includes the sealed plastic bag on the POD which must be in tact for return.
Damage to returned items
If the pram is received and has clear signs of usage, a refund will not be paid. In this instance the customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees associated with the return (to Babybee and to the customer) as well as a $50 administration fee before the pram is sent back to them. We do our best to accommodate as much wear as we can however we trust you understand that we cannot accept products in an unsalable condition.
Loss of returned items
Once the printed label is scanned at the Post Office, we take responsibility for any product lost in transit.
Other exclusions
This policy excludes returns for a different colour, different model or returns to take advantage of a variation in price.
Products purchased through the outlet section of the website are not eligible for free returns.
The change of mind return policy can only be used once due to the high cost of shipping.
