Back-Orders
From time to time, products on our site will sell out and be temporarily out of stock. Back-orders allow you to pay for a product when it is out of stock, and ensures you won't miss out on the next shipment. We ship the stock to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
If you have already made a purchase, your dispatch date will remain the same as the back-order date stated at the time of purchase. If there were to be any delays, our team will contact you directly.
Not all items will be made available for back-order. We will generally wait until a shipment of items is confirmed before we make them available for back-order.
Pre-orders allow you to pay for and secure a new product ahead of its release date.
Back-orders allow you to pay for and secure an existing product that has temporarily gone out of stock and will be restocked at a future date.
Back-orders are just like regular orders, the shipping is just delayed. You will complete the checkout and pay for your order like normal, and we will ship the items to you when they arrive at our warehouse (according to the dates on the product page).
Estimated dispatch dates for back-orders will be listed on the product page. Items that have been back-ordered cannot ship until stock arrives in the country and this can be difficult to estimate accurately at times. Although infrequent, manufacturing and freight delays can occur and these are out of our control. We will keep you updated on the status of your back-order and any changes to dispatch dates if they do occur.
Please note: if your order contains back-ordered items, the entire order will be held until the back-order dispatch date.
Yes, we will only ever make available for back-order the number of incoming items. Once the back-order sells out, it will close and no more orders will be taken until the next shipment of that item.
