What happens after I place an order?
Pick & Pack
Monday to Friday, our friendly Melbourne warehouse team will prepare your order, ready for dispatch.
Orders Leave Our Warehouse
Orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your purchase. You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been picked up by Australia Post. Please allow up to 12 hours for the Aus Post systems to update.
Arrives At Your Door
Australia Post will deliver your order from our Melbourne warehouse to your delivery address. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. For a delivery time estimate visit the Australia Post website here and enter 3029 as the "From postcode".
Not at home?
Don't worry, a card will be left to let you know that your order has be taken to your nearest Post Office and you'll be able to collect it from there. Important! Our prams are heavy and bulky when boxed so please ensure that if you’re not fit and able to carry your pram that you send someone who can.
Your order may be packed in multiple boxes. Sometimes orders are separated and arrive within a few days of each other. You can track these items on the Australia Post tracking websitle by selecting from the drop down box. If you're unsure of the status of your order please contact us.

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.
Unfortunately, due to the high cost of international shipping, we can't ship overseas or cover warranty issues for anyone outside of Australia.

Need your order ASAP? If you pre-order an item (not in stock), for an additional $25 we will guarantee that your order is dispatched on the first day of dispatch (usually 7 days earlier than the online dispatch dates)
