In line with expert advice, we recommend bassinets for babies under 6 months old. They should remain in the bassinet until they can sit up and support their head and neck unaided (around 6 months). If their neck muscles aren't strong enough, the risk of them sitting in the seat is that their head may fall forwards when they get tired and block their airways. It’s for the same reason why you’ll find time usage limits stated on all car capsules due to their curved seat (not flat like a bassinet).
Our pram bassinets are not tested for overnight safe sleeping practices and we recommend you monitor your little one regularly while napping in their pram.
There are currently no Safety Standards for bassinet safe sleeping in Australia. Some companies will state compliance with an international standard however we have been advised by industry experts (Red Nose and IMPAA) that they would never approve a pram bassinet as a safe sleeping environment which is why we continue to encourage regular monitoring.
Pram bassinets are much narrower than sleeping bassinets and even with mesh sides that are breathable, when a baby’s nose presses up against the mesh it can block their nose causing suffocation risk (note: babies breathe almost exclusively through their noses until at least 4 months of age).

No. Each of our models are their own unique design meaning there is virtually no compatibility between parts and accessories. Any accessories that can be used across models will be labelled “Universal”.
To return your pram, please fill in this form here. We’ll contact you with a pre-paid return label which you can attach to your original box and take back to the post office. Ensure your pram continues to assist you and your family for years to come by giving it some regular TLC. Here are some important tips to help you keep your pram in tip-top shape.
Clean the wheels – Give your wheels a general clean, then remove them from the pram frame and wipe away any debris around the wheel pin and hub with a soft cloth.
Loosen stiff parts – First, give any stiff parts a good clean. Then, try a light application of a sprayable silicone lubricant like WD-40, ensuring it penetrates between the components.
Check over – Check the locking devices, levers, joints, buttons, brakes, wheels, safety harness, and fixtures, making sure they're all working smoothly.
Crumbs and spots – Grab a brush and vacuum and give all creases and nooks a clean-out. Spot-clean any stains or marks with a damp cloth.
Hand wash your seat liner – Hand wash your seat liner in a cold, gentle hand wash, ensuring ample drying time.
Allow ample drying time – If your pram is damp after cleaning, extend the canopy and place it, unfolded, in a well-ventilated space until it is completely dry. This will prevent rust, mould, and moisture build-up.

The bassinet is ideal for newborns because it provides a completely flat sleep surface, which supports healthy spinal development, airway positioning and safer sleep in the early months. It also creates a more cocooned, protected environment for younger babies who spend a lot of time sleeping, making longer outings and naps easier. Many parents also find bassinets more convenient for lifting a sleeping newborn in and out without disturbing them. The seat setup becomes more beneficial as babies grow and become more alert, usually from around 4–6 months onwards (depending on development and the pram). Seats offer a more upright, interactive position so babies can engage with the world, while still allowing recline options for naps. A good seat design also extends longevity, comfort and practicality for everyday errands, travel and toddlers who are awake for longer periods.
Once your baby reaches 6 months, begins rolling over or sitting up, or weighs 9kg (Whichever comes first), it's time to transition to the seat.
Once your baby outgrows the bassinet, transition to the seat. The seat fully reclines into a flat-bed and is suitable up to 5 years. The bassinet is suitable up to 6 months or up to 9kg, whichever comes first.

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.
If your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, delivery times may differ from the standard schedule. In some cases, your entire order may be help until all items are in stock, or only the pre-order back order item may be delayed.
If purchasing a Seena item on pre-order/backorder, all Seena items will be held until all items are back in stock.
Backorder dates are subject to change but we will aim to notify you if there any changes to the dispatch date of your backorder item.
Australia Post don't always scan all parcels in if they're picking up a large number of orders from us (purely to save the time of taking around 20-50 prams out of the shipping cages, flipping them around and then scanning them). We often find that when this happens you won't see your tracking move until it's at the delivery centre nearest to you. Please be patient, once your tracking number has been sent you order is definitely on it’s way.
If you have purchased additional accessories, they may arrive at a different time to your pram. If you check your tracking number, you will be able to see if another delivery is on the way and when you can expect it.
Smaller accessories are often packed inside larger boxes when they are ordered with items such as a pram, car capsule, or car seat to keep everything secure during transit. Please make sure you have opened and fully unpacked all boxes you have received to check whether the accessory is inside.
If you purchased an item that is on back or pre order, the items that are in stock are shipped to you and the item on back or pre order is held until the stock arrives. You will get a follow up email with the tracking details for this item once it has been dispatched.
Orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries. This can happen when items are stocked in different warehouse locations or when part of your order becomes available sooner than the rest.
If your order is split, you will receive separate dispatch notifications and tracking details for each parcel. There is no additional shipping cost to you for split deliveries.

The short answer: no.
The long answer: No pram bassinet in Australia is approved for overnight sleeping and all pram bassinets must display a warning label stating that they should not be used for unsupervised sleeping.
Here’s why: Pram bassinets are narrower than a sleeping bassinet, offering less room for baby to sleep safely. Even with breathable mesh sides, if a baby's nose presses against the mesh, it can block their airflow, creating a suffocation risk. As babies breathe almost exclusively through their noses until at approximately four months of age, ensuring they have enough space to sleep safely is crucial.
Some brands may advertise their products as "approved for overnight sleeping" or offer stands that allow the bassinet to be removed from the pram and used as a regular sleeping bassinet or cot. However, these products are designed and tested according to international standards and are not recommended by Australia's peak safety bodies.

Yes, you can! Making it easy and compact to store your pram out of the way whether in cafes or at home after each outing. Practically speaking, not many parents will want to lift and carry a double pram with two seats attached, so when lifting is involved, you’re likely to want to remove at least one seat.
No. They are completely different models and have different connection points and adaptors so parts aren’t compatible.
Our bassinet is designed with effective temperature regulation in mind, but we don't use mattress ventilation holes as they provide no meaningful benefit.
What's truly important for your baby's comfort and safety is proper air circulation throughout the entire bassinet. That’s why we’ve included multiple ventilation options and allow you to completely remove the bassinet cover while still keeping your baby covered with the pull-out UV cover. The head-end ventilation panel also allows air to flow freely, especially when moving the pram forward while walking.
The mattress cover is made from bamboo, a natural fibre that is moisture-wicking. This helps prevent overheating on warm days, which is crucial since newborns are still developing their temperature regulation abilities.
While some brands market mattress ventilation as a safety feature, research shows that without an active fan system, holes in the mattress make no noticeable difference to airflow or cooling, and "ventilated" bassinet mattresses do not provide any safety benefit to your bassinet.
No, due to the bucket seat design of JUNO, we recommend newborns be placed in a bassinet or baby capsule (just note the 2-3 hour usage limit on baby capsules).
JUNO has the largest seat in its class! Flat-lay seats suitable for newborn use can be handy for the first 18 months if you’re not using a bassinet. However, after this point, you’ll find your child will outgrow the seat very quickly. Especially when reclined, their legs will stick out uncomfortably, far beyond the end of the seat. With a bucket seat, little legs remain in a comfortable, bent position, maximising longevity. JUNO will comfortably accommodate children up to 5 years.
A high-grade PU. This material was carefully chosen for its durability. Unlike EVA or engineered rubber (ER) wheels, you won’t see any marks or dents over time with PU, and it will wear much better. They’re also lighter than solid rubber and don’t require any maintenance like air tyres do. So, they’re gravel-proof and built to tackle any terrain. The innovative raised strip in the middle reduces friction with the ground, and they boast 10 ball bearings to deliver an ultra-smooth stroll!
No. When we tested a prototype mesh seat with our test families, the feedback was that the mesh wasn’t as comfortable for their children, the seat became less durable, and it also meant the seat liner had to be removed, making it much harder to keep clean. In hot temperatures, the feedback was that the children were hot regardless of the seat type and they couldn’t report a difference. Hence, why we chose the seat we did!

JUNO - tandem double
- Can be used as a single or a double so great for growing families.
- Not as wide, so easier to walk through crowded footpaths, checkouts and tight spaces.
- Can be used with 2x car capsules, 2x bassinets, 2x seats or any combination of these.
- Seats can face forward, parent facing or facing each other.
- Can be folded with one seat on (the other seat or bassinet needs to be removed).
LUNA2 - side by side double
- Not as long as tandems so are slightly more easy to manoeuvre and don't feel as heavy to push.
- Considered better for twins as both have the same view and both are within reach.
- Folds in one piece so takes up less boot space.
You cannot attach a capsule to the LUNA2. If you're definitely wanting to use a capsule on your double pram you may be interested in our inline/tandem double: JUNO

The LUNA mini was not designed to be an ultra-compact travel stroller.
If you’re tossing up between an even smaller travel sized stroller or the LUNA mini, the main benefits of the LUNA mini are:
- a full sized seat that can go from newborn up to 6 years, whereas a travel stroller strarts to get uncomfortable in the recline position anywhere from 18 months.
- wheels the same as a full sized stroller so you have the stability and comfort to make it enjoyable to use everyday.
- a larger basket that allows to to carry all of the essentials you'll need for everyday use.
The main benefit of a travel stroller is how small it folds up and how light it is. While this is handy when travelling, the smaller size and weight will dramatically compromise stability and comfort for both you and bub. Ultra-compacts are great for travel or use over short periods, but they don’t feel great to use and you’ll notice this using it for longer walks or on any terrain other than smooth, flat surfaces. They’re not designed to be your everyday stroller and as such, the basket space is also very limited.
The LUNA mini has a compact fold that will fit in most small car boots. We recommend measuring the folded dimensions of the pram against the space in your particular car model.

Yes, you can use the Babybee Toddler Board with the LUNA mini.
We don't recommend using the Cup Holder on our LUNA mini as it can only be attached to the leatherette/foam handlebar, and this may dent/damage the foam and leatherette over time with use.

The POD2 is designed for use only with adult beds that are between 52.5cm and 60.5cm from the floor to the top of the adult mattress. Once you have checked the height of your bed & mattress, you can adjust the POD2 to one of the 5 height settings to sit at the safest position.
If you mattress height is higher than 60.5cm that's fine, the POD2 will still function as a bedside sleeper, but your mattress may sit higher than the drop-side wall, reducing some of the side-by-side visibility and accessibility.
If your mattress height is lower than 52.5cm do not use the POD2 in bedside sleep mode with the drop-side down. Safety standards state that your mattress should not sit lower than the top of the POD2’s drop-side wall. If it's too low, there's a risk that as your baby grows and begins to push up on hands and knees, they could climb over the wall.
While the POD2 can be gently tilted, Australian paediatricians and leading health bodies do not recommend using an inclined sleep surface to manage reflux. The ACCC’s latest infant sleep safety standard advises that the safest sleep surface for babies is one that is firm, flat and level.
Trusted organisations including Red Nose, The Raising Children Network and The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne all recommend placing babies on their back on a firm, flat surface for sleep — even for reflux — as inclines may increase the risk of SIDS.
POD2 has been designed to be suitable from birth up until bub starts to show signs of rolling, which is approx. 5-6 months or they reach a weight of 9kg.

- Repack the POD2 in its original packaging (along with any unopened accessories) & drop it at your nearest Post Office.
- We’ll cover the return shipping cost and refund you the original cost of your POD2.
Please note: In order for a return to be accepted, the POD2 bassinet mattress must remain unopened in the plastic packaging.

If your mattress is below 50.8cm do not use product as a co-sleeping bassinet. Adult mattress must be at least 2.5cm higher than the POD’s side opening.
While the side height adjustments of the POD can be altered independently, we do not recommend setting the bassinet at an incline.
According to expert advice provided by Red Nose:
- Babies with GOR (Gastro-Oesphageal Reflux) should be placed to sleep on their back from birth on a firm, flat mattress that is not elevated.
- Elevating the sleeping surface for back sleeping babies does not reduce GOR and is not recommended.
- If a baby is in an elevated cot, further hazards may be introduced into the sleeping environment. When elevated, babies are more likely to slip down the cot and become completely covered by bedding.

There is no specific rule about when you need to stop using OLLIE, it will depend on your bub and what entertains them. With the ability to remove the activity poles and use as a play mat only, OLLIE is safe to use for as long as your baby loves it.

Yes, you can decide to return any of the bundle items individually if you wish to. Our return policy remains unchanged even when purchasing a bundle, however if you decide to retrun your pram and keep the other bundle products, you will only be refunded the price of the pram less the bundle discount you received on the products that you are keeping.
