In line with expert advice, we recommend bassinets for babies under 6 months old. They should remain in the bassinet until they can sit up and support their head and neck unaided (around 6 months). If their neck muscles aren't strong enough, the risk of them sitting in the seat is that their head may fall forwards when they get tired and block their airways. It’s for the same reason why you’ll find time usage limits stated on all car capsules due to their curved seat (not flat like a bassinet).
Our pram bassinets are not tested for overnight safe sleeping practices and we recommend you monitor your little one regularly while napping in their pram.
There are currently no Safety Standards for bassinet safe sleeping in Australia. Some companies will state compliance with an international standard however we have been advised by industry experts (Red Nose and IMPAA) that they would never approve a pram bassinet as a safe sleeping environment which is why we continue to encourage regular monitoring.
Pram bassinets are much narrower than sleeping bassinets and even with mesh sides that are breathable, when a baby’s nose presses up against the mesh it can block their nose causing suffocation risk (note: babies breathe almost exclusively through their noses until at least 4 months of age).

No. Each of our models are their own unique design meaning there is virtually no compatibility between parts and accessories. Any accessories that can be used across models will be labelled “Universal”.
To return your pram, please fill in this form here. We’ll contact you with a pre-paid return label which you can attach to your original box and take back to the post office. After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.
Australia Post don't always scan all parcels in if they're picking up a large number of orders from us (purely to save the time of taking around 20-50 prams out of the shipping cages, flipping them around and then scanning them). We often find that when this happens you won't see your tracking move until it's at the delivery centre nearest to you. Please be patient, once your tracking number has been sent you order is definitely on it’s way.
If you have purchased additional accessories, they may arrive at a different time to your pram. If you check your tracking number, you will be able to see if another delivery is on the way and when you can expect it.

- Converts from a single to a proper double (not just adding a tiny rumble seat) so you have over 30 configurations available to you.
- Larger wheels enable to DUO2/DUO3 to handle off-road conditions better.
The connection points where the bassinet/seat attaches to the frame are different in both size and shape between the ROVER3 and DUO models. This means that the ROVER3 seat or bassinet cannot be used on the DUO frame. Similarly, the DUO bassinet and seat cannot be used on the ROVER frame.

We take safety very seriously, which is why JUNO was designed to comply with the mandatory and voluntary Australian safety standards, as well as European, Canadian, and American standards. The short answer: no.
The long answer: No pram bassinet in Australia is approved for overnight sleeping and all pram bassinets must display a warning label stating that they should not be used for unsupervised sleeping.
Here’s why: Pram bassinets are narrower than a sleeping bassinet, offering less room for baby to sleep safely. Even with breathable mesh sides, if a baby's nose presses against the mesh, it can block their airflow, creating a suffocation risk. As babies breathe almost exclusively through their noses until at approximately four months of age, ensuring they have enough space to sleep safely is crucial.
Some brands may advertise their products as "approved for overnight sleeping" or offer stands that allow the bassinet to be removed from the pram and used as a regular sleeping bassinet or cot. However, these products are designed and tested according to international standards and are not recommended by Australia's peak safety bodies.

Yes, you can! Making it easy and compact to store your pram out of the way whether in cafes or at home after each outing. Practically speaking, not many parents will want to lift and carry a double pram with two seats attached, so when lifting is involved, you’re likely to want to remove at least one seat.
No. They are completely different models and have different connection points and adaptors so parts aren’t compatible.
Our bassinet is designed with effective temperature regulation in mind, but we don't use mattress ventilation holes as they provide no meaningful benefit.
What's truly important for your baby's comfort and safety is proper air circulation throughout the entire bassinet. That’s why we’ve included multiple ventilation options and allow you to completely remove the bassinet cover while still keeping your baby covered with the pull-out UV cover. The head-end ventilation panel also allows air to flow freely, especially when moving the pram forward while walking.
The mattress cover is made from bamboo, a natural fibre that is moisture-wicking. This helps prevent overheating on warm days, which is crucial since newborns are still developing their temperature regulation abilities.
While some brands market mattress ventilation as a safety feature, research shows that without an active fan system, holes in the mattress make no noticeable difference to airflow or cooling, and "ventilated" bassinet mattresses do not provide any safety benefit to your bassinet.
No, due to the bucket seat design of JUNO, we recommend newborns be placed in a bassinet or baby capsule (just note the 2-3 hour usage limit on baby capsules).
JUNO has the largest seat in its class! Flat-lay seats suitable for newborn use can be handy for the first 18 months if you’re not using a bassinet. However, after this point, you’ll find your child will outgrow the seat very quickly. Especially when reclined, their legs will stick out uncomfortably, far beyond the end of the seat. With a bucket seat, little legs remain in a comfortable, bent position, maximising longevity. JUNO will comfortably accommodate children up to 5 years.
A high-grade PU. This material was carefully chosen for its durability. Unlike EVA or engineered rubber (ER) wheels, you won’t see any marks or dents over time with PU, and it will wear much better. They’re also lighter than solid rubber and don’t require any maintenance like air tyres do. So, they’re gravel-proof and built to tackle any terrain. The innovative raised strip in the middle reduces friction with the ground, and they boast 10 ball bearings to deliver an ultra-smooth stroll!
No. When we tested a prototype mesh seat with our test families, the feedback was that the mesh wasn’t as comfortable for their children, the seat became less durable, and it also meant the seat liner had to be removed, making it much harder to keep clean. In hot temperatures, the feedback was that the children were hot regardless of the seat type and they couldn’t report a difference. Hence, why we chose the seat we did!

If you're definitely wanting to use a capsule on your pram you might be interested in our ROVER3.
The LUNA mini was not designed to be an ultra-compact travel stroller.
If you’re tossing up between an even smaller travel sized stroller or the LUNA mini, the main benefits of the LUNA mini are:
- a full sized seat that can go from newborn up to 6 years, whereas a travel stroller strarts to get uncomfortable in the recline position anywhere from 18 months.
- wheels the same as a full sized stroller so you have the stability and comfort to make it enjoyable to use everyday.
- a larger basket that allows to to carry all of the essentials you'll need for everyday use.
The main benefit of a travel stroller is how small it folds up and how light it is. While this is handy when travelling, the smaller size and weight will dramatically compromise stability and comfort for both you and bub. Ultra-compacts are great for travel or use over short periods, but they don’t feel great to use and you’ll notice this using it for longer walks or on any terrain other than smooth, flat surfaces. They’re not designed to be your everyday stroller and as such, the basket space is also very limited.
The LUNA mini has a compact fold that will fit in most small car boots. We recommend measuring the folded dimensions of the pram against the space in your particular car model.

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find a toddler board that can attach to the LUNA mini with enough space for a toddler to stand.
We don't recommend using the Cup Holder on our LUNA mini as it can only be attached to the leatherette/foam handlebar, and this may dent/damage the foam and leatherette over time with use.

The POD is designed for use only with adult beds that are between 50.8cm and 63.5cm from floor to the top of the adult mattress.
If your mattress is below 50.8cm do not use product as a co-sleeping bassinet. Adult mattress must be at least 2.5cm higher than the POD’s side opening.
While the side height adjustments of the POD can be altered independently, we do not recommend setting the bassinet at an incline.
According to expert advice provided by Red Nose:
- Babies with GOR (Gastro-Oesphageal Reflux) should be placed to sleep on their back from birth on a firm, flat mattress that is not elevated.
- Elevating the sleeping surface for back sleeping babies does not reduce GOR and is not recommended.
- If a baby is in an elevated cot, further hazards may be introduced into the sleeping environment. When elevated, babies are more likely to slip down the cot and become completely covered by bedding.

Yes. You have 9 months from the day your POD leaves our warehouse to decide if you'll keep it.
Here's how it works:
- Carefully set-up your POD at home, making sure to not damage the protective packaging and ensuring you do not remove the mattress from the plastic covering.
- If it's not for you, simply fill in the return form here and we will send you a re-boxing video & free return shipping label.
- Repack the POD in its original packaging (along with any unopened accessories) & drop it at your nearest Post Office.
- We’ll cover the return shipping cost and refund you the original cost of your POD.
Please note: In order for a return to be accepted, the POD bassinet mattress must remain unopened in the plastic packaging.

No, the seatliner is made from easy-clean vegan leather so will wipe clean with a damp cloth.
They are included in the box, along with a toolkit that will allow you to easily swap over from high-chair to toddler seat.
As a high-chair, the NOA has been tested for children that are able to sit up unaided (unaround 6 months) up to 3 years or a maximum weight of 15kg.
You can use the toddler chair for as long as your child will still fit!
As soon as your child is able to sit up unaided and support their own head and neck, you can use the chair as a toddler seat. This is usually around 6 months, however we find most parents will use the NOA in high-chair mode until around 3 years.

There is no specific rule about when you need to stop using OLLIE, it will depend on your bub and what entertains them. With the ability to remove the activity poles and use as a play mat only, OLLIE is safe to use for as long as your baby loves it.
Yes! OLLIE can be used with or without the activity poles when in play. Safely store these away when not in use.

OLLIE should be stored with the toys and activity poles removed from the base mat. The top quilted mat can be folded and stored away, whereas the base mat is best stored flat to prevent any deforming to the outer edge.
