This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entry period
Only entries received in the calendar month immediately prior to the draw date will be eligible for the monthly prize draw.

Social Media Entry
Comment 'WIN' on Facebook Messenger or click the "Learn More" button on any "WIN a Babybee" post on official Babybee Prams social media accounts (Facebook or Instagram) and complete any accompanying form fields.
Website Pop-up Entry
Sign up to our email newsletter list by entering your email address and name into the pop-up form on the Babybee website.
Individuals may only enter once.
Winner selection
On the 1st business day of each month, a winner will be selected at random from all entrants from the previous month. The winner will be selected at Babybee Head Office; U3/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville, VIC 3013.
The winner will be notified via. email within 1 week of the monthly draw.
The winner will be announced on the Babybee competitions web page and on each of our social media accounts.
The prize
The prize is a Babybee pram of the winner’s choice. Travel system pram variants and Maxi-Cosi products are not included in the prize.
If the winner has previously purchased a Babybee product in the last 30 day from the date of selecting the winner, they will be entitled to a refund on one item purchased up to the value of $1699.99. In an instance where multiple products were purchased the refund will apply to the highest valued item in the order. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
The winners will be notified via email and must claim their prize within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the winner will forfeit the prize, and Babybee reserves the right to select an alternative winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion.
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute, cancel or change terms, including the prize without giving notice.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. au.support@babybeeonline.com - Promotion Period. The competition runs quarterly each calendar year. Entry is open from 9am (AEST/AEDT, as applicable) on the first day of each quarter and closes at 11.59pm (AEST/AEDT, as applicable) on the last day of each quarter, as follows:
• Quarter 1: 1 January – 31 March
• Quarter 2: 1 April – 30 June
• Quarter 3: 1 July – 30 September
• Quarter 4: 1 October – 31 December
Only entries received during the relevant entry period will be eligible for the corresponding quarterly prize draw.
4. Eligible Entrants. Entry is only open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
5. How To Enter. To receive one (1) entry, individuals must complete one of the following entry methods, which includes agreeing to receive marketing communications from Babybee.
- Online Sign-Up Form - Complete the sign-up form on the landing page by providing your name, email address and phone number.
- Expo Ticket Scan - Have your PBC or OFB expo ticket scanned at the relevant expo.
6. Entries Permitted. Individuals may submit one (1) valid entry during the Promotion Period. A maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of the entry method used. To be eligible, each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements set out in clauses 4 & 5.
7. Total Prize Pool. Up to $1,699.99
8. Prize Description. The prize is one Babybee pram of the winner's choice, up to a maximum recommended retail price (RRP) of AUD $1,699.99. Products with an RRP exceeding AUD $1,699.99 are excluded from the prize.
If the winner purchased a Babybee pram within the 30 days before being selected, they will instead be eligible to receive a refund of their pram purchase, up to a maximum value of AUD $1,699.99. Where multiple products were purchased as part of the same order, the refund will apply to the eligible pram only. Shipping charges and any other products purchased are not eligible for a refund.
Prams will be dispatched in accordance with the applicable back-order timeframe for the colour and variant selected by the winner. Dispatch dates will vary depending on stock availability.
The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Babybee reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, or to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
9. Winner selection. One (1) winner will be selected for each quarterly entry period. Each draw will take place on the next business day following the close of the applicable quarterly entry period at 10.00am (AEST/AEDT, as applicable) at Babybee Head Office, U3/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville, VIC 3013.
Each eligible entry will be assigned a unique number and the winner will be selected at random using a certified random number generator to ensure a fair and unbiased outcome.
10.Winner Notification. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw date.
11.Claiming The Prize. The winner will have seven (7) days from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to the email notification. Where a winner does not claim the prize within the seven (7) days the prize will be foregone. After the winner has claimed their prize, it will be dispatched to their nominated Australian address in accordance with the availability of the selected pram, including any applicable back-order timeframes.
12.Publication Of Winners. The first name, initial of the last name and postcode of the winner will be published on Babybee's competition web page (https://babybeeonline.com/pages/competitions) and Babybee's Instagram account (@babyeeprams) within thirty (30) days of the draw date for a period of thirty (30) days.
13.Unclaimed Prize. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn after seven (7) days at the same time and address as the original draw. The prize will be redrawn once. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw date. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on Babybee's competition web page (https://babybeeonline.com/pages/competitions) and Babybee's Instagram account (@babyeeprams) within thirty (30) days of the redraw date for a period of thirty (30) days.
Should no winner claim the prize within the allotted timeframe, no prize will be awarded for that quarter.
14.Cancellation. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
15.Privacy Policy. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be handled in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. Please note personal information is only collected when an entrant completes an entry form. By entering this competition, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which may be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting you with marketing material from Babybee.
