The #mybabybee Creator Program is our way of celebrating real families using our prams and products in real life. Because the best Babybee content comes from you. 

Each month, we’ll review content shared by our community and recognise standout creators with a $250 cash reward as a thank you.

No sign-up. No application form. Just share your Babybee moment. 

How It Works 

• Create an original photo or video featuring your Babybee pram or product. 
• Post it publicly on Instagram or TikTok. 
• Tag: 
  @babybeeprams (Instagram) 
  @babybee_au (TikTok) 
• Include the hashtag #mybabybee in your caption. 
• There is no limit to how many times you can share. 

That’s it. 

Each month, up to five creators will be selected based on creativity, authenticity and real-life product use. Selected creators will be contacted to claim their $250 cash reward.

Terms & Conditions

The Babybee Creator Recognition Program (“Program”) is conducted by Babybee Prams Pty Ltd (ABN 79 644 494 084) of Unit 2/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville VIC 3013 (“Babybee”, “Promoter”, “we”, “us”). 

By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform. Participants provide information to Babybee only.

1. Program Overview. The Program is an ongoing, skill-based content recognition initiative designed to celebrate and reward members of the Babybee community who share authentic content featuring Babybee products. 

Selection of contributors is based on merit. Chance plays no part in determining selected contributors. 

2. Eligibility. Participation is open to: 

• Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 
• Individuals who own or have purchased a genuine Babybee product. 
• Individuals with a public Instagram or TikTok account at the time of posting and selection. 
• Employees of Babybee and their immediate family members are not eligible. 

3. Entry Period. The Program operates on a monthly review cycle. Eligible content published between the first and last calendar day of a month will be assessed during the following review period. For example: 

• Content published between 1–31 March will be assessed for March’s monthly selection. 
• Content published outside the relevant calendar month may be considered in the next applicable review period, provided it otherwise complies with these Terms & Conditions. 

Babybee reserves the right to adjust review timing at its discretion. 

4. How to Participate. To participate, individuals must: 

• Create original photo or video content featuring a Babybee product. 
• Post the content publicly on their own Instagram or TikTok account. 
• Tag: 
  @babybeeprams (Instagram), or 
  @babybee_au (TikTok) 
• Include the hashtag #mybabybee in the caption. 

Instagram content may be posted as a feed post, Reel or Story. For Instagram Stories, participants must ensure Babybee is tagged and the Story remains publicly visible for at least 24 hours. 

There is no limit to the number of eligible posts per participant. 

Participation is voluntary. No purchase beyond owning a Babybee product is required to participate. 

5. Content Requirements. Content must: 

• Be original and created by the participant 
• Clearly feature a genuine Babybee branded product.  
• Content featuring third-party products stocked or sold by Babybee, including but not limited to Maxi-Cosi, Cybex or Seena products, is not eligible. 
• Show safe and appropriate product use in accordance with the relevant Babybee product instructions/manual. 
• Not contain misleading, unsafe, offensive or unlawful material 
• Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights 
• Babybee reserves the right to exclude any content that does not meet these requirements. 

6. Selection Process (skill-based). 

• Each month, Babybee will review eligible content shared using #mybabybee. 
• Up to five (5) contributors per calendar month may be selected. 
• Selection is based on merit and assessed against factors including: 
  Authenticity 
  Content quality 
  Creativity 
  Brand alignment 
  Demonstration of real-life product usage 
• Selection is at Babybee’s sole discretion. No random draw occurs. 
• Babybee is not obligated to select a minimum number of contributors in any month. 

7. Reward. Selected contributors will receive: 

• A $250 AUD reward (paid via bank transfer). Contributors are responsible for any tax implications arising from receipt of a reward. 

Total monthly rewards will not exceed $1,250 AUD. 

Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable. 

8. Notification & Claiming. Selected contributors will be notified via direct message or email within seven (7) days of selection. If a selected contributor does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the reward will be forfeited. Babybee is not obligated to select an alternative contributor. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of confirmation and provision of required payment details. Babybee reserves the right to request verification of identity and eligibility prior to payment of any reward. 

9. Usage & Rights. By using the hashtag #mybabybee and tagging Babybee, participants grant Babybee a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to repost their content organically across Babybee-owned social media channels with attribution. 

Contributors who receive the $250 reward grant Babybee an additional non-exclusive licence for a period of three (3) months to use the content across: 

• Organic social media 
• Paid social media advertising 
• Email marketing 
• Babybeeonline.com 
• YouTube 

Any extended or additional paid usage beyond this period will require separate written agreement. 

Participants retain ownership of their content.

10. Publication. Selected contributors consent to Babybee publishing their social media handle on Babybee’s website for a minimum period of three (3) months. 

11. Cancellation & Modification. Babybee reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend or cancel the Program at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on Babybee’s website. 

12. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this Program (including payment details for selected contributors) will be handled in accordance with Babybee’s Privacy Policy: https://babybeeonline.com/pages/privacy-policy 

13. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Babybee is not responsible for: 

• Late, lost, incomplete or misdirected content submissions 
• Technical disruptions affecting participation 
• Any loss or damage suffered in connection with participation in the Program or acceptance of a reward 

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

14. General. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Babybee’s decisions regarding eligibility and selection are final.
