This is a free accessory with your LUNA mini pram purchase, however sometimes the accessories needs replacing because of wear and tear.
Simply place the seat liner into the seat of your LUNA mini and thread the harness straps through the corresponding slots on the liner.

Fabric care: Warm hand wash with mild detergent. Do not rub or wring. Air dry in shade and allow to dry completely before putting back on your stroller seat.
