Simply test your Babybee product in the comfort of your home and if it’s not the perfect fit for you, send it back (the return shipping is on us!).

We'll deliver it to your door, where you can carefully set it up from the comfort of your living room (note: inside testing only).

Fill in the return form and we will send you video instructions on how to re-box your products, and a free return shipping label.
Repack the product in its original packaging (along with any unopened accessories) and drop it at your nearest Post Office.
We’ll cover the return shipping cost and refund you the cost of your stroller or baby essential product.
Any accessories purchased with the original item can also be returned.
HANDY HINTS FOR RETURNS
- For pram returns, neatly unpack your pram and keep all of its packaging (including the box) intact in case you need to re-box your pram and send it back to us.
- For POD returns to be accepted, do not remove the mattress from its protective packaging.
- For accessories purchased with a pram to be accepted, do not remove them from their protective packaging.
- For accessories purchased without a pram, we are unable to accept change of mind returns.
- For safety and regulatory reasons, car capsules and car seats must remain in an unopened original box if you wish to return them.
