The " JUNO Pram Giveaway" is sponsored by Babybee and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all
eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Babybee, are final in all respects. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Babybee (au.marketing@babybeeonline.com)

Babybee shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this web page.

Babybee also reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time. 

Eligibility

This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, residing in
Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period

Entry is open from 9am AEST Saturday, 21 June 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEST 22 June 2025. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw.

Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random on Monday, 23 June 2025 at Babybee Head Office; U3/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville, VIC 3013. 

The winner will be notified via. email within 1 week of the monthly draw. 

The winner will be announced on the Babybee competitions web page and on each of our social media accounts. 

The prize

The prize is a Babybee JUNO Pram (valued up to $1949.99). Travel system pram variants and Maxi-Cosi products are not included in the prize.

If the winner has previously purchased a Babybee product in the last 30 day from the date of selecting the winner, they will be entitled to a refund on JUNO up to the value of $1949.99. In an instance where multiple products were purchased the refund will apply to the JUNO only. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.  

The winners will be notified via email and must claim their prize within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the winner will forfeit the prize, and Babybee reserves the right to select an alternative winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion. 

Babybee JUNO pram will be dispatched as per back order date - exact dispatch date will vary based on colour and variant chosen by winner.

The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute, cancel or change terms, including the prize without giving notice. 

Privacy Policy

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering this competition, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which may be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting you with marketing material from Babybee. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Babybee’s Privacy Policy.

or by contacting us directly.

Indemnification and limitation of liability

BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BABYBEE, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. BABYBEE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
