The Matilda Norton x Babybee | TikTok Giveaway is conducted by Babybee Prams Pty Ltd (Babybee). Babybee is responsible for administering the prize draw.  

By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Babybee are final in all respects. 3. Promotional Period. Entry is open from 9am Saturday, 15 August 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT, Sunday, 23 August 2026. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw.  

4. Eligible Entrants. Entry is only open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. 

5. How To Enter. To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must complete the following during the Promotional Period: 

• Follow the @matildavalles and @babybee_aus TikTok accounts;  
• Like the promotional competition post;  
• Leave a comment on the promotional competition post stating why they, or someone they know, would like to win the prize, and tag one (1) friend.  
• Eligible entrants who also complete the online entry form and opt in to receive Babybee marketing communications will receive five (5) additional entries into the Promotion. 

6. Entries Permitted. Individuals may submit one (1) valid entry during the promotion period. To be eligible, each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements set out in clauses 4 & 5. 

7. Total Prize Pool. $1,699.99 

8. Prize Description. One (1) prize is available consisting of one (1) Babybee Juno Bassinet & Seat Set Pram, valued at $1,699.99  

9. Winner selection. The winner will be selected at random using a certified random number generator on Monday, 24 August 2026 at 10.00am AEDT at Babybee Head Office, U2/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville, VIC 3013. Each eligible entry will be assigned a unique number and the random number generator will be used to ensure a fair and unbiased outcome.  

10.Winner Notification. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw date.  

11.Claiming The Prize. The winner will have fourteen (14) days from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to the email notification. Where a winner does not claim the prize within the fourteen (14) days the prize will be foregone.  After the winner has claimed their prize, it will be dispatched to their nominated Australian address in accordance with the availability of the selected pram, including any applicable back-order timeframes. 

12.Publication Of Winners. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on Babybee's competition web page (https://babybeeonline.com/pages/competitions) and Babybee's Instagram account (@babyeeprams) within thirty (30) days of the draw date for a period of thirty (30) days.  

13.Unclaimed Prize. The prize must be claimed by 07/09/2026 at 12:00pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 08/09/2026 at the same time and address of the original draw. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw date. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on Babybee's competition web page (https://babybeeonline.com/pages/competitions) and Babybee's Instagram account (@babyeeprams) within thirty (30) days of the redraw date for a period of thirty (30) days.  

Should no winner claim the prize within the allotted timeframe, no prize will be awarded. 

14.Cancellation. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.  

15.Privacy Policy. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be handled in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. Please note personal information is only collected when an entrant completes an entry form. By entering this competition, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which may be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting you with marketing material from Babybee. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email, SMS or WhatsApp, or by contacting Babybee directly. 16.Indemnification and limitation of liability. BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BABYBEE, TIKTOK ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. BABYBEE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. BABYBEE AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
