3. Promotional Period. Entry is open from Wednesday, 10 December 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT, Tuesday, 16 December 2025. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw.

4. Eligible Entrants. Entry is only open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

5. How To Enter.
Social Media Entry - To receive 1 entry, individuals must:

• Follow both @alicekjames and @babybee_aus on TikTok
• Like the designated competition post on @alicekjames's TikTok
• Tag a friend in the comments of that post

Bonus Entries - To receive 5 bonus entries, individuals must complete the entry form via the link in Alice James's TikTok Bio or accessed directly at https://babybeeonline.com/pages/competition (which includes subscribing to the Babybee mailing list).


6. Entries Permitted. Individuals may enter once via social media. Bonus (5) entries are awarded once per person upon completion of the entry form.

8. Prize Description.

• Babybee Juno Pram, Bassinet and Seat Set (valued up to $1,599.99).
• Babybee Juno Accessories Pack (valued at $199.99)
• Other Juno pram variants and Maxi-Cosi products are not included in the prize.

9. Winner selection. The winner will be selected at random using a certified random number generator on Wednesday, 17 December 2025 at 10.00am AEDT at Babybee Head Office, U2/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville, VIC 3013. Each eligible entry will be assigned a unique number and the random number generator will be used to ensure a fair and unbiased outcome.

10. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw date.


11. Claiming The Prize. The winner will have seven (7) days from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to the email notification. Where a winner does not claim the prize within the seven (7) days the prize will be foregone. After the winner has claimed their prize it will be delivered to their nominated address within one (1) month of the date the winner claimed the prize.

12. Publication Of Winners. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on Babybee's competition web page (https://babybeeonline.com/pages/competitions) and @alicekjames's TikTok within thirty (30) days of the draw date for a period of thirty (30) days.

13. Unclaimed Prize. The prize must be claimed by 24/12/2025 at 12:00pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 24/12/2025 at the same address of the original draw. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw date. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on Babybee's competition web page (https://babybeeonline.com/pages/competitions).

14. Cancellation. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
