Brand and Marketing Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager with a passion for eCommerce who thrives on autonomy and seeing the results of their efforts directly impacting the business.

A focus on performance and outcomes, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running to develop and lead creative online brand campaigns that continuously position Babybee and our brands as a brand of choice in the pram and stroller industry.

 

Reporting to the CMO you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing our yearly Marketing Calendars including sales, competitions and other promotional activity, seeking new ways & opportunities to drive relevance, build engagement and drive customer acquisition in a crowded & competitive digital space; (2 brands and 3+ international markets)
  • Developing and managing multi-channel promotional campaigns to be implemented by the marketing team across owned and paid channels.
  • Setting and reporting on brand and campaign metrics and KPIs
  • Continuously optimising and improving “always on” advertising campaigns to deliver the best results across 2 brands in 3+ markets.
  • Launch planning and coordination for all new product lines; including project managing launch tasks and timelines across the wider team, briefing and coordinating production of creative assets and customer facing comms, and working closely with the product team to ensure a seamless marketing launch for NPD.
  • Create a PR strategy for each market we’re in, and be our brand champion for partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Identify new initiatives and develop a roadmap prioritising the current list of initiatives identified, including identify new online, BTL and ATL brand channels and opportunities.
  • Advocate best practice and research new industry trends/opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market and customer surveys and research in order to better understand our place in the market, test hypothesis, and refine our KVP.

 

SKILLS AND EXERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in managing an eCommerce or consumer-facing brand
  • A Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or similar
  • Excellent Project management skills that allow you to manage and deliver multiple projects to multiple deadlines
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities within other market segments
  • Creative flair and a passion for finding new innovative ways to communicate a brand message
  • Analytical understanding of tracking, optimisation and reporting on digital campaigns and activity
  • Understanding of digital marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour

PR & Social Marketing Coordinator

About the role  

Reporting directly to our Marketing Manager you will be accountable for:

Social media:

  • Helping to create and implement strong content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and TikTok, alongside our in-house designer, copywriter, videographer and freelance creative team.
  • Coordinate end-to-end social campaigns (think competitions, UGC generation etc) with the wider marketing team to drive engagement.
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and posts and feeding back results to the creative team to continuously improve content for social.

 

PR + Community:

  • Managing and fostering brand collaboration relationships and executing collaboration activity across social channels.
  • Seeking out, managing and fostering micro-influencer arrangements.
  • Acquiring and compiling UGC across social accounts for use in other marketing channels.

 

Marketing:

  • Assisting with photo and video shoots, planning and on the day.
  • Various marketing admin tasks to support the Marketing Manager.

 

About you

  • You’re creatively minded and have a strong understanding of what makes aesthetically pleasing design.
  • You live and breathe social media and enjoy spending time both using and researching new platforms and trends in the social space.
  • You take great pride in every piece of your work and have strong attention to detail.
  • You have the flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks, with disciplined time management skills, and an ability to meet tight deadlines.

Your skills & experience

  • Qualification in marketing, communications, PR or equivalent.
  • 1 year minimum experience managing organic social media channels including creating strong content and copy.

Customer Support Specialist

If you’re a customer service professional who’s output focussed and genuinely loves making customers happy then we've got the perfect role for you!

 

The day-to-day

  • Provide world-class customer support via email, live-chat or social media – the kind they’re still talking about months later!
  • Assisting pre-sale customers with their queries with the aim of maximum sales conversion.
  • Navigating delicate warranty claims with empathy and care to ensure customer satisfaction even when their desired outcome is not possible.
  • Checking tracking information to provide delivery updates for customers.
  • Updating orders and issuing confirmations.
  • Assisting our warehouse team with weekly returns management at our third party logistics warehouse in Laverton - requiring you to unbox, check and assess prams before issuing refunds.
  • Assist with the coordination and running of annual/half yearly pop-up warehouse sales.

pa & administrative assistant

We’re looking for a detail-orientated, organisational whiz to join our team.

You will be an integral part of the Babybee team, responsible for day-to-day management of the office and providing essential administrative support to our senior management team.

The role is varied with an emphasis on proactively “getting in and getting things done”, and you’ll have an opportunity to touch all aspects of the business.

 

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for:

  • Office management & administration:
    • Tidying/organising of the office environment
    • Coordinating and managing the office cleaners
    • Implementing streamlined processes to ensure the office runs like clockwork and ensuring the team are across these processes
    • Purchasing office supplies and groceries
    • Organising team meetings
    • Organising, sending, and receiving deliveries including international couriers
    • Assisting with onboarding new staff (example: coordinating pre-employment documents, setting up new staff workstations, inductions, and assisting with induction programming)
    • Business-related admin (example: account setup, insurance renewal, form completion etc)
    • Support the Customer Care team, responding to customers during busy periods and as required
    • Assist the warehouse team with unboxing/reboxing of returned products
    • Assisting with warehouse sales quarterly
  • Personal Assistant to the CEO:
    • Administrative assistance
    • Personal errands and administration will all be required
  • Marketing Admin Assistant:
    • Administrative assistance for the marketing manager
    • Providing support for the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns as required

  • Proven experience in a role requiring strong organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail
