Sales and Customer Support Specialist
We're looking for a sales and customer service superstar to join our team. Could it be you?

As part of our sales and customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our brands assisting our customers through every step of their Babybee experience. Our sales and customer service team prides themselves on being super helpful, compassionate, baby product experts who make our customers end to end experience memorable and positive.
Work from our Melbourne office and showroom with the option of some hours from home.

The day-to-day
· You'll be the first point of contact for our brands, assisting and converting inbound, pre-sale customers online via email, Messenger and live chat as well as assisting customers face to face with product demonstrations and sales in our showroom.
· Working within the customer service team to achieve key objectives and exceed customer expectations.
· Identifying customer experience improvement opportunities.
· Provide world-class customer support via email, live-chat or social media, as well as face to face in our showroom– the kind they’re still talking about months later!
· Order administration.
About you
· You genuinely love working with customers and you thrive on making each customer’s experience truly amazing!

· You have a strong work ethic, a willingness and ability to learn and get involved across all areas of the business.
· You are very attentive and have strong attention to detail.
· You’re tech-savvy and if you haven’t used a specific web-based platform or database previously, you’ll figure it out and be confident navigating your way around in no time.
Experience
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· 1+ years of sales or customer service experience is preferable.
· eCommerce or web platform experience ideal but not essential.
· Experience using web-based customer service platforms (such as Help Scout, Zen Desk or similar) advantageous.
Role specifics
Office/showroom based with some WFH flexibility available for the right candidate. Saturday availability is a must.

This casual role will be based predominantly from our Yarraville showroom but candidate will be required to be able to travel around Melbourne on occasions for special events or pop ups.

Experience
1+ years of sales experience is preferable.
Experience selling or using prams and other baby products is ideal but not essential.
Role specifics
Showroom based role with the ability to work from other locations occasionally for special events or pop ups.
