Babybee Prams shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Babybee Prams also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period
Entry is open from 9am April 19th 2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on April 25th 2021. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw. The winners will be announced on this website page and notified via email on Monday April 26th.

Winner selection
1 winner will be drawn at random at Babybee HQ; 6/15 Earsdon St Yarraville, VIC at 10am on Monday 26th April 2021.

The prize
The prize will be one Babybee Pram (ROVER2019, DUO2 or LUNA), to be chosen by the winner.

The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Privacy Policy

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering the Competition you agree that Babybee Prams will use your email address for marketing purposes.

Indemnification and limitation of liability
